Portobello relleno is a super easy recipe either for snack or to accompany a meal such as chicken or meat. Sometimes I do it for dinner. Healthy and fast and also economic.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 250ºC. In a tray put aluminum foil and sprinkle some oil.
Slicing the cherry tomatoes (to make it easier, first in half and then in half).
Slicing spinach, basil and cheese.
Mix all the ingredients, add a little salt and pepper.
Spray a few drops of oil on the portobello.
Fill the portobello with the mixture of spinach, tomato, basil, cheese.
Put in the oven about 10 minutes and ready.
