Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 6 tablespoons Hummus Libanius®
  • 1/2 carrots
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 tomtato
  • 1/2 avocados

Preparation

Roast the pumpkin and carrot.
Spread the tortilla hummus, add the vegetables and roll up.
Cut diagonally and serve.

PRESENTATION

Cut diagonally.

TIPS

Add the avocado at the end so it does not get hot or change color.
