  • 4 Mexican sopes
  • 30 milliliters cream
  • 30 grams fresh cheese
  • 20 grams lettuce, cut into strips
  • 80 grams beef, shredded
  • 50 grams refried beans, hot
  • enough spicy red sauce, or green, to taste

Preparation

In a pan put the meat to brown.
In another frying pan with a little oil, heat the sopes.
On top of the sopes, put beans, meat, cream, cheese, lettuce, sauce.
