Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups spinach, Cooked
  • 1/2 onions
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups milk light
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda

Preparation

Mix the eggs. Add the chopped spinach and onion. Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the above with the parmesan cheese, light milk, butter, flour and baking powder.
Put the mixture in a mold previously butter and sprinkled with flour. Heat the oven to 180C degrees for 30 minutes.
Once this process is over, make sure that the upper part has been browned.
Allow to cool and cut into strips.
