Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil; 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped; 2 cups spinach, washed, disinfected, and cut; 1 cup button mushrooms, sliced; 1/3 cups capers; 15 slices serrano ham, cut into small cubes; 190 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese, at room temperature; 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated; 500 grams puff pastry; 1 egg, for brushing; salt and pepper; flour, to roll out the dough; 1 cup mayonnaise; 1/2 cups sour cream; 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped; 2 chiles, roasted, deveined and finely chopped; 1 tablespoon American cheese, melted

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a medium pan, heat the oil and add the onion and garlic. When they are translucent, add the spinach, mushrooms, capers, and serrano ham, season with salt and pepper, and let cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add the Philadelphia® cheese and mozzarella, and mix until integrated. Reserve.
