  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of baby spinach washed, disinfected and cut
  • 1 cup of mushroom sliced
  • 1/3 of cup of capers
  • 15 slices of Serrano ham diced
  • 190 grams of Philadelphia® cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese grated
  • 500 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 egg to varnish
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • enough of flour to extend the dough
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of cream
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley finely chopped
  • 2 chili peppers roasted, deveined and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of yellow cheese molten


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil and add the onion, garlic, when transparent, add the spinach, mushrooms, capers, ham, salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add Philadelphia® Cheese, and mozarella cheese mix until integrated. Reservation.
On a floured surface, spread the puff pastry about 3mm thick, using a round lid cut two circles of 30 cm in diameter, in a circle add the previous preparation and extend without leaving the edges.
