On a floured surface, spread the puff pastry about 3mm thick, using a round lid cut two circles of 30 cm in diameter, in a circle add the previous preparation and extend without leaving the edges.
Pass the circles to a previously greased tray.
Varnish the edges with eggs and paste the other circle on it, press well until you hit the edges, using a glass press in the middle of the circle and use it as a guide to cut 12 portions.
Turn each slice so that the filling protrudes a little and varnishes with egg the crown Bakes for 25 minutes.
For the dip: in a bowl mix the mayonnaise, the cream, the parsley, the habanero pepper and the melted cheese, season with salt and pepper mixture until completely integrated.
Serve with the dip.

In an extended dish place the crown and accompany it with a chili dip.
