The bienmesabe is a dish of marinated dogfish typical of Cádiz in Spain. This is a delicious tapa for lunch or dinner is easy to do cheer up to try this recipe.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 1/2 kilos of dogfish fresh cut into cubes.
  • olive oils
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoons of cumin
  • 1/2 Cup of vinegar
  • fresh parsley chopped
  • oregano chopped
  • tempura flour

    Preparation

    Peel and chop the garlic cloves and chop very finely, mix with cumin, paprika, parsley, prégano, vinegar and a little olive oil.
    In a bowl place the dogfish and season with a little salt.
    Cover the dogfish with the previously prepared mixture, add a little water and let marinate in the refrigerator at least one night.
    Remove from the refrigerator and drain very well, embed in the flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
