Preparation
Cut 12 slices of the baguette. Place them on a baking sheet, let them toast for 10 minutes or until they look golden brown. Let cool in a rack.
Place the cream cheese in a bowl, crush it with a fork until it softens and has a spreadable texture.
Place the slices of baguette on a presentation tray and spread on them the cream cheese, then 3 to 4 slices of fig along the bread. Finally a slice or roll of ham serrano. Garnish with a leaf of parsley or cilantro.
