Zucchini gratin is a healthy, nutritious dish, ideal for vegetarians and with a unique flavor thanks to Hummus Obela®. This recipe can be the perfect entry for an elegant dinner with your friends, as they work very well as a snack.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 pieces of green pumpkin median
  • 4 cups of Water boiling
  • Salt a pinch
  • 4 cups of Water frost
  • 1/2 Cup of Hummus Obela® Toasted Chiles
  • 3 spoonfuls of mozzarella cheese grated
  • 2 spoonfuls of mozzarella cheese grated

    Preparation

    Preheat your oven to 180ºC for 10 minutes.
    Cut the zucchini into semi-thick slices and blanch them in a pot with boiling water and salt, for a minute and a half. Drain and pass through ice water to stop cooking.
    Dry bleached zucchini well and place on a tray with waxed paper
    Spread them with Hummus Obela® Chiles Toreados and cover the surfaces with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake zucchini for 12 minutes, or until cheese gratins.
    Serve out of the oven and share!

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the zucchini on a tray.

    TIPS

    Consume them once they come out of the oven.
