Ingredients: 1/2 serrano chiles, without tail; 1 clove garlic, small; 2 tablespoons onion, chopped; 3 tablespoons corn oil; 1 cup black beans, ground; 1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon; 1 tlayuda; 1/2 avocados, sliced; 4 tablespoons queso fresco, crumbled; 4 teaspoons sour cream, reduced fat; 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Blend the serrano chili with garlic, onion, and oil. Heat this mixture in a non-stick pan and pour in the beans to sauté. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes and season with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth.
