Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 serrano peppers, without tail
  • 1 clove garlic, little
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 cup black bean, ground
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1 tlayuda
  • 1/2 avocados, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons fresh cheese, fallen apart
  • 4 teaspoons cream, reduced in fat
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped

Preparation

Blend serrano chile with garlic, onion and oil. Heat this mixture in a Teflon pan and pour the beans to sauté.
Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes and season with Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth.
Spread this mixture over the tlayuda and when serving, add slices of avocado, cheese, cream and cilantro.

TIPS

Add grilled jerky or roasted strips of chicken breast.
