When we talk about Mexican snacks we can not stop thinking about a rich tlayuda, you will feel in Oaxaca when preparing this recipe and you can put the protein that you like most to make it yours.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 piece of chile serrano without tail
  • 1 tooth of Garlic little
  • 2 spoonfuls of onion chopped
  • 3 spoonfuls of corn oil
  • 1 Cup of black bean ground
  • 1 teaspoonful of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1 piece of tlayuda
  • 1/2 piece of avocado sliced
  • 4 spoonfuls of fresh cheese fallen apart
  • 4 teaspoons of cream reduced in fat
  • 2 spoonfuls of fresh cilantro chopped

    Preparation

    Blend serrano chile with garlic, onion and oil. Heat this mixture in a Teflon pan and pour the beans to sauté.
    Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes and season with Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth.
    Spread this mixture over the tlayuda and when serving, add slices of avocado, cheese, cream and cilantro.
