Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 baguette bread
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 8 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 tomatoes, without chopped seeds
  • 250 grams cured ham

Preparation

Cut the baguettes into loaves of about 3 centimeters and cook in the oven for 5 minutes.
In a deep bowl, mix the chopped tomato, garlic and olive oil.
Take a loaf and put on the 2 tablespoons of garlic mixture and 1 slice of ham.
Serve

PRESENTATION

Serve with a good Spanish wine.
