Tuna with rajas is a simple, inexpensive, easy to prepare and very tasty snack. It is one of the most liked preparations in the Mexican public, it only has: canned tuna, jalapeño pepper and mayonnaise.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cans tuna in oil
  • 1 can pickled jalapeño pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Preparation

Open the tuna tins and drain them, put the tuna in a bowl and stir with the two tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Chop the slices into small squares and add them to the bowl.
Stir well and go.

TIPS

You can also add a little carrot from the one that comes in the can of slices cut into cubes.
