Preparation
Clean the fish fillets and cut them into cubes.
Squeeze the lemons and empty the juice in the container where the aguachile will be made.
Let the fish cubes rest 10 minutes on the lemon.
In the blender put some of the cubes of cucumber, cilantro, chile serrano and the lemon juice of the fish cubes
Add the mixture to the fish cubes with the rest of the cucumber cubes and the sliced onion
Let stand 20 minutes and serve cold.
