A delicious grilled ax tripe that is ideal for when it's hot or a vacation on the beach. They take you little time and they taste delicious.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of scallop
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 4 green lemons its juice
  • paprikas to taste
  • pequin peppers to taste
  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil

    Preparation

    Clean the callus and remove the white part that is harder.
    Make a sauce with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, chili pepper and soy.
    Put the corns to marinate for 10 min.
    Heat the iron.
    Remove the tripe from the marinade and sprinkle a little more paprika, salt and pepper.
    Cook on the griddle and halfway through cooking, add a little of the marinade juice.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the tripe with a little of the marinade juice

    Take care not to cook them too much, otherwise they will become hard.
