Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped; 1 cup Del Fuerte® natural tomato purée; 1/2 cups old style mustard; 1 sprig thyme; 1/2 cups lemon juice; 800 grams fresh salmon, 4 portions of 200 g; 1 sprig dill; 1/4 cups old style mustard; 2 tablespoons dried fine herbs; 1/2 cups white wine; 10 asparagus, blanched; 1 carrot, sliced; 100 grams alfalfa sprouts

Preheat the oven to 200° C. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat and add garlic, Natural Tomato Puree from Del Fuerte®, old-fashioned mustard, a sprig of thyme, and lemon juice. Cook until it reduces a bit and becomes a smooth sauce, then set aside.
