Baked Salmon with Mustard Sauce and Germ

Nutritious baked salmon accompanied by a super original sauce of Natural Tomato Puree of the Mustard® old-fashioned with garnish of germ, it will be the perfect food if you want to eat healthy.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Pure Natural Tomato Puree®
  • 1/2 cups old mustard
  • 1 twig thyme
  • 1/2 cups yellow lemon juice
  • 800 grams fresh salmon, 4 portions of 200 g
  • 1 twig dill
  • 1/4 cups old mustard
  • 2 tablespoons dried fine herbs
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 10 asparagus, bleached
  • 1 carrot, cut in sheets
  • 100 grams alfalfa sprouts

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add garlic, the Del Fuerte Natural Tomato Puree, the old mustard, a sprig of thyme and the lemon juice. Cook until it is reduced a little and there is a smooth sauce and reserve.
Place the salmon in a tray and spread the portions with the mustard sauce, the dill, the fine herbs, cover the tray with aluminum foil and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the oven and serve with the germ, asparagus and carrot.

PRESENTATION

Serve the salmon with a little sauce and garnish seed garnishing with carrot laminas.
