This is a rich recipe to prepare the delicious pink clams of Acapulco.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 12 pink clams big
  • 3 spoonfuls of onion
  • 3 spoonfuls of parsley
  • 1 serrano pepper chopped fine
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of Maggi juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoonful of spicy red sauce

Preparation

Carefully remove the clams from their shell. Reserve the shells and arrange them in a platón.Picar the clams and put them in a glass container.
Add salt and pepper to the clams. Put olive oil, lemon, chile, hot sauce, onion and Maggi juice. Stir and try.
Distribute this mixture in the shells with everything and juice. Sprinkle the chopped parsley.
