Prepare this delicious cod to Biscayne in just one hour. Delicious cod with a mixture of spices such as thyme and laurel. With tomato, olives and a touch of hot sauce, which give it an incomparable contrast.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 2 cups cod, Desalination and crumbling
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 cup tomtato, chopped into cubes and seeded
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 bay (laurel), leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoons thyme
  • 2 cloves
  • 1/2 cups almond, peeled
  • 1 cup olive
  • 5 tablespoons Huichol Habanero® sauce
  • 1 gram ground pepper
  • 2 grams salt

Preparation

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, sauté the onion, garlic and tomato for 5 minutes.
Add the cod, bay leaf, thyme, cloves and cook for 20 more minutes.
Add the almonds, olives, habanero huichol sauce. Cook for 20 minutes more rectify the seasoning and let it rest.

PRESENTATION

It serves in individual plate and accompanies with bread.

TIPS

You can do it with fresh dogfish.
