Preparation
Soak the crumbled Langa® cod fish in a pot with cold water, let it rest for 2 to 3 days until it is desalted. Drain and reserve.
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil, add the garlic, onion and cook until lightly changed color, add the dehydrated tomato, peppers and potatoes, cook a few minutes.
Add the cod, add the sauce, the olives, the capers, the almonds, the güeros chiles, the parsley, season with salt and pepper and cook until the flavors are integrated.
Serve hot and accompany with bread.
