Ingredients: water, for the pasta; 1 teaspoon salt, for the pasta; 1 package Luigi® Fettuccine, 500 g; 500 grams salmon fillet, skinless, two slices of 250 g; salt; pepper; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 3 tablespoons butter, in cubes; 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped; 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped; 2 cups whipping cream; 1/3 cups white wine; 1/4 cups sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips; 1 tablespoon Tres Estrellas® rice flour; 3 cups spinach, only the leaves; 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated; 1 tablespoon basil, only the leaves, for garnish

Boil enough water in a deep pot, and once it is bubbling vigorously, add salt, then wait for it to boil again and then add the DE LUIGI® Fettuccine, stirring with a plastic or wooden spoon and cook for approximately 12 minutes, according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. Pour the olive oil into a large skillet, cook the salmon slices on both sides over low heat for 10 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. You can cover the skillet to speed up cooking. Once the salmon is cooked, remove from the skillet and set aside.
