Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoonful of mustard

  • 4 tilapia fillets cut into strips, moderately thick
  • 1 Cup of amaranth
  • enough of cooking spray oil
  • 1 Cup of Greek yoghurt for the dressing
  • 1 teaspoonful of lemon juice for the dressing
  • 1 teaspoonful of Dijon mustard for the dressing
  • 1 teaspoonful of fresh parsley for the dressing
  • 1 teaspoonful of scallion finely chopped, for dressing

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the egg with the mustard, season with salt and pepper.
Dip the fish in the egg, cover with the amaranth.
Place the fish in a tray and spray with cooking spray, bake for 15 minutes
For the dressing, mix yoghurt with lemon juice, mustard, parsley and green onions, season with salt and pepper.
Serve the fish sticks accompanied by dressing and green salad.
