Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 on Knorr® My Recipes Baked Lemon and Oregano
  • 1.200 kilos White fish, (200 grams each)
  • 1/2 cups orange juice, casting
  • 1/4 cups grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup cauliflower, in small bouquets

Preparation

Place the washed and drained fish in the bag.
Pour the orange and grapefruit juice into the bowl, add the cauliflower and mix well.
Place the fish inside the bag along with the cauliflower and the juices. Empty the Knorr® seasoning My Baked Lemon and Oregano Recipes. Integrate everything very well so that all the content of the bag is well distributed.
Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, cut the bag and serve.

TIPS

Replace the cauliflower with broccoli or the vegetable of your choice. You can give a different touch to your recipe by changing the variety of fish.

A través de iOS Varias recetas llevan los sobres de Knorr pero yo vivo en USA y aquí no los encuentro con que lo puedo sustituir??
