These fish burgers are ideal for any occasion, prepare them and allow all your guests with a fish burger.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams fish, jack mackerel
  • 4 units hamburger bun
  • 4 slices yellow cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups gherkin
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Chop the very fine fish with a knife and make 4 balls.
Flatten the balls, pass them by the egg and then cover them with the ground bread.
In a frying pan with oil put them to fry so that they are breaded.
Add a slice of cheese to the bread and top with the breaded fish.
Finally, chop the pickles and stir with the mayonnaise. Add this dip on the breaded fish and put the lid on the hamburger.
