Preparation
Chop the very fine fish with a knife and make 4 balls.
Flatten the balls, pass them by the egg and then cover them with the ground bread.
In a frying pan with oil put them to fry so that they are breaded.
Add a slice of cheese to the bread and top with the breaded fish.
Finally, chop the pickles and stir with the mayonnaise. Add this dip on the breaded fish and put the lid on the hamburger.
