  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cups hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cups sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 sea ​​bass fillets
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Boil the two cups of chicken broth. Add the 1/2 cup of ground ginger and stir.
Add 1/3 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of hoisin sauce and 2 tablespoons of ketchup. Let it boil.
