Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of steak of fish
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • to taste of green lemon
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/3 of piece of onion chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 4 spoonfuls of fresh cream
  • 4 spoonfuls of sauce Huichol Traditional®
  • 1 pinch of fine herbes

    Preparation

    Flour and seal the fillets in a pan with the olive oil.
    Sweat the minced bacon with the onion and garlic.
    Add the cream, the Huichol Traditional Sauce ® and the fine herbs to the bacon.
    Bathe the fish fillets in the bacon sauce.
