We present a spectacular recipe, it is a rich bacon fish, very simple to cook and with an incomparable flavor. This preparation tastes so good thanks to the Huichol Traditional Salsa®.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 steaks, of fish
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste lemon
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/3 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons fresh cream
  • 4 tablespoons sauce, Huichol Traditional®
  • 1 pinch fine herbes

Preparation

Flour and seal the fillets in a pan with the olive oil.
Sweat the minced bacon with the onion and garlic.
Add the cream, the Huichol Traditional Sauce ® and the fine herbs to the bacon.
Bathe the fish fillets in the bacon sauce.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with steamed vegetables.

Be careful not to overcook the fish.
