Canned sardines can get you out of a hurry and this is a different way of eating them, very Mexican style.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 can sardine, in tomato
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons epazote, finely chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 roma tomato , chopped
  • enough oil

Preparation

Separate the sardines from the caldillo, reserve.
Fry the onion, tomato, chilies, add the sardines and let fry very well, when they are well incorporated the ingredients add the sardines caldillo.
Let boil and finally add the epazote, do not forget to rectify the flavor and add salt and pepper if necessary.

PRESENTATION
