Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons mirin (sweet rice vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Preheat the oven in "broil" or salamander. This is to finish cooking something that cooks fast or does not need a lot of heat.
Mix the miso paste, the mirin (rice vinegar), the soy sauce, the sugar, and the ginger. Put this mixture on the salmon on a tray to put in the oven.
Cook in the oven in "broil" for 8 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve with white rice and a salad.

Hola Ignacio, broil o salamandra es la parte del horno o la estufa que se utiliza para gratinar o para cocinar ingredientes que no requieren mucho calor pues se cuecen rapidamente. Saludos
