Sushi is a delicious Japanese dish. They are rolls with Japanese rice, seaweed and fish, vegetables and fruits as stuffing. This fusion recipe combines the Latin flavor of the mango with the oriental flavors.

Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix salmon, mayonnaise, lemon juice and brown sugar.
Put a piece of plastic on a tablecloth to make sushi. With wet hands put approx. 1 1/2 cup of sushi rice in the shape of a rectangle a little smaller than the individual to make sushi.
Place a sheet of seaweed on the rice. Put 1/4 of the salmon mixture aligned in the center of the seaweed. Put on it 1/4 of the cucumber strips and 1/4 of the mango strips.
Using the individual to make sushi roll the seaweed over the stuffing and tighten well to form the roll.
Remove from the plastic and repeat with the other 3 rolls.
Decorate the rolls with the black sesame and with a wet knife cut each roll into 8 pieces. Wet the knife between each cut to be able to cut the rolls cleanly.
