Ingredients: 1 package penne pasta; 200 grams shrimp; 1 bunch spinach; 1 red bell pepper; 1 box tomato purée, medium; 1 tub sour cream, chick; 2 tablespoons white wine; salt, to taste; pepper, to taste; cooking spray

Cook the pasta as indicated on the package and set aside. Be careful not to overcook it, as it should be al dente. Wash and disinfect the spinach and boil in salted water until they have reduced in size. Set aside.
