This recipe is a recipe that grandma makes for parties; It consists of rich prawns or shrimp that are stir-fried with a little garlic, cayenne, soy and paprika. A great combination to give a lot of flavor to this delicious dish.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 cayenne pepper
  • 200 grams shrimp, or prawns
  • to taste soy sauce
  • to taste peppers
  • 4 cloves root beer plant
  • enough sunflower oil

Preparation

Finely chop the 4 cloves of garlic.
Peel and clean the prawns.
Sautee the cayenne pepper with the sunflower oil. Reservation.
Once sofrito; brown the prawns in the oil with the paprika and the soy sauce.
When they are almost ready, add the cayene you reserved.
Let cool a bit and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle chopped parsley
