Breaded Shrimp with Jalapeño Dressing

Prepare these delicious breaded shrimp with classic Bimbo® ground bread and Parmesan cheese, accompanied by a creamy roasted jalapeño dressing. They are the ideal snack for any gathering of friends.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup Bimbo® Classic Ground Bread
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 egg
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • enough flour
  • 2 cups shrimp, clean and without peel, with glue
  • 2 cups oil
  • 3 jalapeno Peppers, deveined and seedless
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation

Mix in a bowl mix the Bimbo® classic ground bread with Parmesan cheese and oregano.
In addition, beat the egg and season with salt and pepper.
Crush the shrimp with flour, egg and the Bimbo® classic ground bread mixture.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little cooking spray. Cook the breaded shrimp until they are golden brown and well cooked. Remove and reserve.
In a comal over high heat, roast the jalapeño peppers.
For the dressing, process the roasted chiles with cilantro, lemon juice, sour cream, cream cheese and olive oil for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the shrimp with the dressing and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

On a plate, accompanied by dressing.

TIPS

You can substitute acidic cream for natural yoghurt.
