Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 600 grams shrimp, washed and without peel
  • 1/2 cups onion
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons English sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 cups chipotle chili
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 cups pineapple, cut into cubes
  • enough salt and pepper
  • 2 cups White rice, to serve
  • enough cambray onion

Preparation

Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil and butter, add the shrimp and cook until golden brown, remove.
In the same pan, cook onion and garlic until soft, add the pineapple syrup, English sauce, mustard, ketchup, chipotle, cumin, and cook until thick.
Return the shrimp, add the pineapples, add the sauce constantly to glaze them. Serve with white rice decorate with onion stems and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with onion and pineapple.

TIPS

Do not overcook the shrimp or they may dry out and become hard. Cook approximately 10 minutes maximum.
