Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams shrimp, clean and cooked
  • 2 lemons, just the juice
  • 1/4 cups Italian dressing
  • 3 cups pineapple, finely chopped
  • 1 cup red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 serrano peppers, seedless, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, chopped
  • enough cracker, To accompany

Preparation

Mix the shrimp with half the green lemon juice. Refrigerate 30 min .; drain them.
Combine all other ingredients, in a large bowl. Add the shrimp; mix them a little.
Refrigerate about 30 min. Serve them with cookies.

TIPS

You can change the chile serrano for habanero.
