These shrimp are delicious as a snack, they are spicy but very light.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons Oikos Yoghurt Greek Style
  • 3 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons siracha sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • enough oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 500 grams shrimp, cleansed

Preparation

Soak the skewers in water to prevent them from burning.
Combine the Oikos Greek Yogurt, the sweet and sour sauce and the siracha sauce in a bowl.
In a tray mix the flours with salt and pepper.
Insert 5 shrimp in each toothpick and pass through the mixture of flours.
Fry the shrimp in a pot with hot oil until they are cooked.
Varnish each skewer with sauce on both sides.
Garnish with chopped chives.
