Shrimp & black bean nachos with citrus salsa

For those special meetings between family and friends there is nothing better than preparing a special and delicious snack such as these original nachos with citrus salsa.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of orange large, without peel and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of onion stem chambray cut into pieces
  • 3 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1 piece of jalapeno pepper without seeds and finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of avocado cut into cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 package of Refried black beans Isadora® 430 g
  • 1/2 kilo of medium shrimp clean and without peel
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 package of nachos 368.5 g
  • 1 Cup of cheese Pepper Jack

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 400° F.
    Citrus salsa: combine all ingredients. Set aside.
    Arrange chips on a large baking sheet. Spread Isadora® refried black beans on each chip and top with cheese. Set aside while you roast the shrimp.
    Toss shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and spread on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 8-10 minutes, stirring once, until pink, firm and cooked through.
    Remove from oven and cover loosely with foil. Place chips in the oven and heat until beans are hot and the cheese is bubbling, 6-8 minutes
    To serve, place 1 or 2 shrimp on each nacho and top with citrus salsa.

    TIPS

    Do not overcook the shrimp, otherwise they will be chewy.
