Shrimp breaded with Quinoa

You do not need to be an expert in the kitchen to prepare these delicious breaded shrimps with quinoa, in just 4 steps you will have crispy shrimp accompanied by a spectacular chipotle dip.

Ingredients

  • 600 grams of medium shrimp clean and without peel
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr ® Shrimp broth
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise Hellmann's® Home Recipe
  • 2 cups of quinoa Cooked
  • 1 piece of Knorr® Chipotle Cheese Cream for the dip
  • 3 spoonfuls of parsley chopped, for the dip
  • 2 spoonfuls of purple Onion chopped, for the dip

    Preparation

    Season the shrimp with Knorr® Shrimp and black pepper. Add Hellmann's® Home and mix perfectly.
    Remove the excess water from the quinoa and spread it on a plate.
    Beat the shrimp with the quinoa and cook them in a Teflon pan over medium low heat until they are golden brown and well cooked (it is not necessary to add oil).
    For the dip, heat Knorr® Cheese Cream with Chipotle and add parsley and onion. Once it is boiling, remove from heat or let cool.
    Serve the breaded shrimp with the cheese dip and enjoy.

    TIPS

    Once the shrimp are breaded, place them on a skewer alternating with vegetables to taste and cook on a grill.
