Ingredients

32 portions
  • 32 big shrimps, raw, peeled and without veins
  • 1/3 cups Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 32 crackers
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 11 slices bacon, cut into medium pieces
  • 4 jalapeno Peppers, cut into 8 slice

Preparation

Mix the shrimp with the dressing. Marina in the refrigerator for 30 min. Meanwhile, mix the cream and cilantro. Refrigerate until the moment of use.
Heat the grill over medium heat. Cut the cheese into slices, cut them in half. Place a slice of cheese on each cookie.
Drain the shrimp and discard the marinade. Wrap each shrimp with a piece of bacon; spread them on skewers. Á skips for 10 min. or until the shrimp turn pink, turning them frequently. Meanwhile, put the mold with the cookies covered with aluminum foil on the grill; Cook the cookies for 2 min. Take them out of the grill. Let them stand covered for 1 to 2 minutes. or until the cheese is slightly melted.
Remove the shrimp from the skewers and place them on the crackers. Cover them with the sour cream mixture and the jalapeños.
