If you are a lover of this Asian gastronomy classic, we leave you with this delicious low carb option, as we replace the fried noodles with Eva® beet noodles, sautéed with shrimp, onion, carrot, cabbage and a homemade yakisoba sauce.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 spoonfuls of soy sauce For the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of English sauce For the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of oyster sauce For the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar For the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup For the sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar For the sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of hoisin sauce For the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ginger finely chopped for the sauce
  • 1 pinch of black pepper For the sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of medium shrimp without the shell and cleaned
  • 3 spoonfuls of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 packages of Noodles by Betabel Eva® (300 gc / u)
  • 1/2 piece of onion filleted
  • 3 pieces of carrot in juliana
  • 2 spoonfuls of sake (optional)
  • 1/8 of piece of White cabbage chopped
  • to taste of sesame seed (optional) to decorate

    Preparation

    For the yakisoba sauce, in a bowl mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Reservation.
    In a bowl, mix the chopped garlic with the shrimp and the sesame oil. Reservation.
    Heat a wok over medium heat and heat the vegetable oil, cook the Eva® beet noodles for 3 minutes, on one side cook the shrimp, onion and carrots. Once everything is cooked, mix and add the sake, cabbage and yakisoba sauce. Integrate the flavors and serve immediately with sesame.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a deep dish and accompany with sake.

    TIPS

    If you wish, you can add squid rings to the preparation, as well as shiitake mushrooms.
