Preparation
Peel the shrimp, remove the shell, head, legs etc. Open them butterfly on top and bottom, remove the vein. Rinse them in the stream of water.
Cut the garlic into semi-thick slices, I recommend 4 garlic if you really like the taste, and if on the contrary you prefer the taste not as strong you should remove the center or heart.
With a pair of scissors cut the tail of the chiles, remove the seeds and cut them into strips.
Add enough oil or butter in a skillet over low heat, sauté the garlic until golden brown but not too dark to avoid making the preparation bitter.
Incorporate chili and shrimp. Leave the fire a short time so that the shrimp do not become "chewy", they should only change their color and they will be ready.
Before removing from heat, squeeze a lemon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
If you want, accompany them with chopped parsley.
