Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 bunches spinach, disinfected and chopped
  • 3/4 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cans Tuna Cubes Dolores® Smoked
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 400 grams puff pastry
  • 1 egg, to varnish

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and cook onion and garlic. Add the spinach and cook 5 minutes. Reservation.
In a medium bowl, mix the spinach with the ricotta cheese and the Dolores® Smoked Tuna Cubes. Reservation.
Spread the pastry dough, cut squares of 12 x 12, add the tuna mixture in the center and cover with another cudro of dough, sticking with the egg.
Brush all the squares with egg and bake for around 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serves hot

On a white plate with cherries tomatoes.

TIPS

You can substitute ricotta for cottage cheese.
