A super simple recipe for fish but delicious! The sauce is prepared in the blender and you have everything ready in less than 20 minutes, wonderful!

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 kilo bass, in steaks
  • 800 grams cheez whiz
  • 250 grams Bell pepper
  • 1/4 liters sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation

The fish is cleaned and cut into fillets.
A refractory with butter is greased and the fish fillets are accommodated.
The cheez whiz, the red peppers, the sour cream, and the powdered broth are placed in the blender. They are liquefied and salt and pepper are added to taste.
Bathe the fish with the sauce and bake for 15 minutes at 180 centigrade, or until cooked.
It is served hot with white rice.

TIPS

You can substitute the sea bass fillet for big shrimp and it is also very good. Accompany this dish with a Chardonnay wine.
