  • 1/4 of Cup of mirin (sweet rice vinegar) or sake for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of rice vinegar for the sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of soy sauce for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of fresh ginger finely chopped for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic fresh, finely chopped for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil for the sauce

    Preparation

    Prepare your Weber® grill for direct medium heat (350 ° - 450 ° F or 175 ° - 232 ° C).
    In a bowl, stir the sauce ingredients to create a homogeneous and marine mixture with the salmon for 30 minutes in your refrigerator.
    Place the salmon on your grill over medium direct heat, with the skin facing down for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 135 ° F, or the skin is crispy.
    Remove the salmon from the grill. To serve, decorate with chives and sesame to taste.
