Salmon al Limón with mashed peas

This porridge is recommended after 9 months. The salmon contains omega 3 which helps prevent coronary heart disease, and the pea contains beta carotenes a powerful oxidant.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 200 grams fresh salmon
  • 1 cup pea, canned or frozen
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes. Add dill, salt and pepper.
In a bowl, add the lemon juice and add the salmon. Cover the container with non-stick paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Place the pea pods, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper in the Evenflo Advance® blender container. Turn the base of the blender. Place the container of the blender and turn it in the sense of the hands of the clock. Press the power button and blend for 1 minute. Reservation.
Remove the salmon from the marinade and dry perfectly with a servitoalla.
Add 200 ml of water to the Evenflo Advance® vaporizer (up to the line). Place the base of the vaporizer. Insert the salmon into the basket and place it at the base of the vaporizer. Close the vaporizer lid and press the power button. Cook for 5 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve some of the puree and on top of this accommodate the pieces of salmon.

You can substitute the pea for beans.
