Salmon al Limón with mashed peas

This porridge is recommended after 9 months. The salmon contains omega 3 which helps prevent coronary heart disease, and the pea contains beta carotenes a powerful oxidant.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 grams of fresh salmon
  • 1 Cup of pea canned or frozen
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of dill
  • 1 pinch of Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch of black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes. Add dill, salt and pepper.
    In a bowl, add the lemon juice and add the salmon. Cover the container with non-stick paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
