A recipe to prepare salmon in an easy, fast and different way. In this way you can get out of the routine and eat something delicious. The salmon perfectly matches the mango sauce because it gives a sweet touch and complements the flavor of the fish.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 3 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 mango
  • 120 milliliters milk

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place the salmon fillets with the skin facing down, and add olive oil.
Continue adding garlic, basil, salt and pepper to taste. Bake them for 20 minutes.
While the salmon is in the oven, prepare the mango sauce. In a pan over medium heat with olive oil, add the onion, the pieces of garlic and the mango.
Once they are golden brown, add the milk. Let it boil with everything else.
Blend this mixture. Once you have a homogenous mixture, you can add it to your salmon.

PRESENTATION

Decorate it with slices of ripe mango.

TIPS

You can add garnish of vegetables to take advantage of the space of the oven.
