Preparation
Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place the salmon fillets with the skin facing down, and add olive oil.
Continue adding garlic, basil, salt and pepper to taste. Bake them for 20 minutes.
While the salmon is in the oven, prepare the mango sauce. In a pan over medium heat with olive oil, add the onion, the pieces of garlic and the mango.
Once they are golden brown, add the milk. Let it boil with everything else.
Blend this mixture. Once you have a homogenous mixture, you can add it to your salmon.
