Mix in a dish to bake Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0%, garlic, lemon zest and juice, broad chili, cilantro, cumin, turmeric and cayenne pepper. Add the salmon fillets and leave to marinate. Cover the plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over high heat until it starts to shine. Remove the salmon from the marinade and clean the excess with paper towels. Season the salmon on both sides with salt and pepper. Cook on the grill until golden brown on both sides and cooked to medium point (approximately 4 minutes per side). Brush the cut part of the lemon with the remaining oil and place on the grill down.
For avocado cream: Combine the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0%, avocado, onion, lemon juice, zest and 1/4 cup cold water in a blender and mix until smooth. Add the coriander and salt and pepper and press a couple of times just to incorporate the coriander.
