Rich picositos shrimps with a special marinade of dried chilies and peanuts, a touch of spices like cumin, cloves, black pepper with the acidic taste of yellow lemon. You can not lose them.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1/4 cups peanut
  • 1 ancho chili pepper, deveined, seedless and soaked
  • 1 morita pepper
  • 1 guajillo chili
  • 1 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1/4 cups apple vinegar
  • 1 yellow lemon, just the juice
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 3 whole black peppers
  • 1 cup Del Fuerte® tomato puree
  • 4 cups shrimp, cleansed
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Blend the garlic, onion, peanuts, chilies, vinegar, lemon juice, cumin, black pepper and the Fuerte Natural Tomato Puree until a thick paste is left. Reservation.
In a bowl add the cleaned shrimp and add the marinade and mix to marinate.
Heat in a pan over medium heat and add the butter, cook the shrimp little by little.
Serve with a little yellow lemon and white rice with vegetables.

PRESENTATION

It serves in a avocado accompanied by white rice with vegetables.

TIPS

To clean the shrimp cut it from the top and remove the dirt.
