Ingredients: 2 cloves garlic; 1/2 onions; 1/4 cups peanuts; 1 ancho chile, deveined, seedless, and soaked; 1 morita chile; 1 guajillo chile; 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce; 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar; 1 lemon, just the juice; 3 cloves; 1 pinch cumin; 3 black peppercorns; 1 cup Del Fuerte® natural tomato purée; 4 cups shrimp, clean; 2 tablespoons butter

Blend the garlic, onion, peanut, chiles, vinegar, lemon juice, cumin, black pepper, and Puré de Tomate Natural del Fuerte® until it becomes a thick paste. Set aside. In a bowl, add the cleaned shrimp, add the adobo, and mix to marinate.
