Ingredients: 6 large shrimp; 300 grams Hunt's ® BBQ chipotle sauce; 1 clove garlic; 1 pinch cayenne pepper; 3 mangoes; 1/3 cups toasted sesame seeds; 15 grams shredded coconut; 1 tablespoon lime juice; salt and pepper; 2 limes, the juice and zest; 5 grams ginger; sesame oil

Marinate the shrimp, peeled and deveined, in Hunt's® Chipotle BBQ Sauce, seasoning with salt, lemon zest, and juice, for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator. In a mortar, grind the coconut and toasted sesame seeds with a pinch of cayenne pepper. Once ground, add 1/2 tsp of sesame seeds. Set aside.
