Preparation
Heat a pan over medium heat, cook the garlic and onion with the oil. Add marlin and Condimentando del Fuerte® Tomato Puree, cook for 5 to 7 minutes; cools lightly
Fill the jalapeño peppers with the previous preparation, close with the help of a toothpick.
Beat the chilies through egg, flour and bread crushed mixed with pork rinds.
Fry the chilies in the oil, sprinkle on absorbent paper, remove the chopsticks and serve.
