Try this delicious and crunchy snack of jalapeño peppers stuffed with marlin cooked in Mexican style, breaded with ground bread and pork rinds. They are perfect and rich for any occasion. Do not let them pass!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 tablespoon oil, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, Finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, Finely chopped, for filling
  • 1 cup marlin, Finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/4 cups Puree Condimentado Tomato Puree®, for the filling
  • 1 pinch salt, for the filling
  • 10 jalapeno Peppers, clean and seedless
  • 1 egg, milkshake for bread
  • 1 cup flour, to bread
  • 1 cup ground bread, to bread
  • 1 cup pork rind, crushed, for bread
  • 1 cup oil, to fry
  • to taste fresh coriander, to decorate

Preparation

Heat a pan over medium heat, cook the garlic and onion with the oil. Add marlin and Condimentando del Fuerte® Tomato Puree, cook for 5 to 7 minutes; cools lightly
Fill the jalapeño peppers with the previous preparation, close with the help of a toothpick.
Beat the chilies through egg, flour and bread crushed mixed with pork rinds.
Fry the chilies in the oil, sprinkle on absorbent paper, remove the chopsticks and serve.

PRESENTATION

On a plate, decorated with a bit of arugula or cilantro.

TIPS

Grill the chiles and put them in a bag so that the skin is completely removed and softer.
