Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 sticks surimi
  • 100 grams shrimp, clean and cooked
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dressing, of chipotle
  • 20 grams sesame seed

Preparation

Cook the rice for 20 min. with water, vinegar and sugar. Once ready let cool.
Prepare the salad of surimi, cucumber, mayonnaise and pieces of shrimp
Pour sesame oil into a mold.
Add a layer of rice, then the salad and avocado with sesame seeds. So on, until the mold is filled.
Refrigerate for 30 min. and it serves.

PRESENTATION

Decorate your cake with shrimp. Cream cheese and the mixture at the end.

TIPS

It is important to put it in the fridge and flatten it very well so that it is very compressed.
