This sushi cake with shrimp is the perfect idea to make at home and eat with family or for a meeting with friends. Since it is practical and delicious.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 2 spoonfuls of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 50 grams of cucumber
  • 1 piece of avocado
  • 4 sticks of surimi
  • 100 grams of shrimp clean and cooked
  • 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of dressing of chipotle
  • 20 grams of sesame seed

    Preparation

    Cook the rice for 20 min. with water, vinegar and sugar. Once ready let cool.
    Prepare the salad of surimi, cucumber, mayonnaise and pieces of shrimp
    Pour sesame oil into a mold.
    Add a layer of rice, then the salad and avocado with sesame seeds. So on, until the mold is filled.
