Tilapia fillet in butter, on a bed of onions and portobello baked.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 steaks, of tilapia (200 grams each)
  • 150 grams onion, bighead in julianas
  • 150 grams Portobello mushroom, in pieces
  • honey
  • olive oils
  • salt, to taste
  • sour creams
  • mint leaves, cool
  • butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
In a refractory arrange onions and portobello bathed with olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. Put the refractory in the oven and 20 minutes later remove it.
In a hot pan melt a good amount of butter and put the tilapia and salt and pepper, while cooking is going to take the remaining butter and is put on top to brown, in about 4 minutes on each side will be ready the filet.
In a bowl we mix chopped mint leaves, whey, salt and pepper.
A bed with the refractory lining is placed on a plate and the fillet is placed on top of it, bathing it with the peppermint serum.
