Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cups of oil
  • 4 cups of shrimp cleansed
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 2 pieces of egg milkshakes
  • 2 cups of pork rind powdered
  • 2 cups of cabbage cut into strips
  • 1 Cup of carrot grated
  • 1/2 Cup of corn candy
  • 1/4 of piece of onion filleted
  • 1/2 Cup of cream
  • 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 2 spoonfuls of Chile chipotle milled
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • to taste of Nopal Toasts Lord Cactus®

    Preparation

    In a saucepan over low heat heat the oil.
    Place the shrimp on the flour and pass them over the egg, sprinkle on the crackling powder.
    Fry the shrimp for 2 minutes, until golden brown and reserve.
    In a bowl place the cabbage, the carrot, the corn, the onion, add the cream, the mayonnaise, the chipotle ground, season with salt and pepper mixture until incorporated.
    Place on a Nopal Toast Señor Cactus® the previous preparation and add the shrimp.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    You can use white cabbage if you do not find purple cabbage.
