These shrimp toasts are the perfect entrance to delight your family, with its crunchy rind of pork rind and the creamy and spicy cabbage garnish, will become the favorite entrance to whet your appetite.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups oil
  • 4 cups shrimp, cleansed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, milkshakes
  • 2 cups pork rind, powdered
  • 2 cups cabbage, cut into strips
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cups corn, candy
  • 1/4 onions, filleted
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Chile chipotle milled
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste Nopal Toasts Lord Cactus®

Preparation

In a saucepan over low heat heat the oil.
Place the shrimp on the flour and pass them over the egg, sprinkle on the crackling powder.
Fry the shrimp for 2 minutes, until golden brown and reserve.
In a bowl place the cabbage, the carrot, the corn, the onion, add the cream, the mayonnaise, the chipotle ground, season with salt and pepper mixture until incorporated.
Place on a Nopal Toast Señor Cactus® the previous preparation and add the shrimp.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate, decorated with slices of avocado and a refreshing drink.

TIPS

You can use white cabbage if you do not find purple cabbage.
