Tuna Seared with Old Mustard Vinaigrette and Honey

Prepare these rich and juicy sealed tuna medallions that are accompanied with an intense vinaigrette of old mustard and honey, which make it perfect game. An irresistible combination of flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 of Cup of White vinegar
  • 3/4 of Cup of olive oil for the vinaigrette
  • 2 spoonfuls of old mustard for the vinaigrette
  • 2 spoonfuls of honey for the vinaigrette
  • 1 tooth of Garlic for the vinaigrette
  • 3 branches of dill 1 teaspoon for the vinaigrette, reserve to decorate
  • 2 pinches of Salt for the vinaigrette
  • 2 pinches of Pepper for the vinaigrette
  • 4 pieces of Dolores® Tuna Medallion
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil

    Preparation

    Blend vinegar, olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic, dill and salt pepper.
    Place the tuna medallions in a refractory and add the vinaigrette, marinate for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
    Heat a medium skillet over high heat, add the tablespoon of oil and seal the tuna until golden brown and cook for 3 minutes, turn and continue cooking for 5 minutes more.
    Serve with the remaining vinaigrette and decorate with a few sprigs of dill.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with the vinaigrette and fresh dill in an extended dish and accompany with pasta.

    TIPS

    Take care of the temperature of the pan to achieve a perfect seal.
