Preparation
Blend vinegar, olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic, dill and salt pepper.
Place the tuna medallions in a refractory and add the vinaigrette, marinate for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Heat a medium skillet over high heat, add the tablespoon of oil and seal the tuna until golden brown and cook for 3 minutes, turn and continue cooking for 5 minutes more.
Serve with the remaining vinaigrette and decorate with a few sprigs of dill.
